Hebrews 10:1-7New King James Version (NKJV)
Animal Sacrifices Insufficient

10 For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect. 2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers, once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins.3 But in those sacrifices there isa reminder of sins every year.4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins.

Christ’s Death Fulfills God’s Will

5 Therefore, when He came into the world, He said:

“Sacrifice and offering You did not desire,
But a body You have prepared for Me.
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin
You had no pleasure.
7 Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come—
In the volume of the book it is written of Me—
To do Your will, O God.’”

In 1987, I was working as an evangelist and I was preaching in one part of Uganda. We were struggling because the people were not coming to the Lord in sizeable numbers.

I had dreamed of a loud trumpet blowing and the whole earth was shaking. I saw the heavens open and clouds were pouring from all sides and a great light was shining through. I saw stars shooting out of the horizon. Thousands and thousands of stars represented angels. I saw the Lord coming in a very bright light. My attention came to earth and I saw multitudes of people running, screaming in terror like it was the end of their lives.I was so scared and I wanted to run too but my legs were paralysed. I could not move and I was shaking.

Then I heard the Lord singing a song. It was a very sad song. He was crying. He said, "Where are they for whom I paid the price? I laid down my life for them but they flee from My presence." He was weeping and weeping. He said something that I did not understand at that time. "Even those whom I called by name they could not stand before Me," the Lord said.

He turned before me and said, "Do you see? They are not ready. Tell my people the hour is short. I am coming soon but I do not see the readiness of the people. When you preach, call people to come back to Me for you are a voice in the wilderness."

I came out of the dream and I was sick.

I recovered and began to preach with a new vitality and a new passion. My heart felt a burning for the Lord. But we did not see any change in the people.

Even as I preached, I would cry but there was nothing in the way the people responded. I was frustrated and vented out to the Lord on my knees. "I did what You told me to do but I do not see any change," I cried out to the Lord.

One night, I saw a vision. The people were being held captive. Their eyes were blind. Their hearts were hardened.

"You need to intercede for them. Without an intercessor, no one can come through. You need to set captives free from the power of bondage. As they are set free, they would respond to the gospel."

"Do you see the miracles of healing and deliverance in churches? It is important. Have you ever wondered why the same people keep coming back for deliverance?"

And yes, I noticed that. The Lord brought me scriptures where He was teaching about deliverance. When a demon is cast out, it wanders around and it finds no place to rest. Every demon cast out will come back. When it comes and finds that the house is in order and clean, it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself and begins to take possession. The state of the people at the latter home is worse than before. That's why the cycle of deliverance never ends.

Then He said, "I want you to understand that the war is on three levels."

Level 1: Personal level
- Opression inside one person's life.

Level 2: Institutional level i.e. the systems around us.
- The religious system around us.
- The family system around us.
- The economic system around us.
- The political system around us.
- The social values around us.

If the enemy gains a foothold in any system, it controls the people in the system.

Level 3: The heavenlies or the firmament.

At each level, the forces at the next level are stronger and more powerful.

Principalities and powers control the cities.

The Lord said, "I am going to teach you how to control the forces of each level. But first, build a fountain within yourself."

For three months, he restrained us from any activities outside.

Then He sent us out to a certain village and we engaged in a warfare that we had never engaged in before. We could see forces in every level. The forces would speak to us and they would challenge us.

When we overcame them at one level, they moved to a higher level and brought along reinforcements.

We spent nights praying for breakthroughs. We began to see great deliverance and healing.

The Lord told us to go to a certain town. "Before you go, you need to win the battle here," He said. We prayed for the town and we could see the spiritual realm in that town and where the forces of darkness were positioned. We saw different people serving the demonic forces. We attacked them and they attacked us. Some of us protected the town, others fought. We saw our intercessors taken captive. But we saw victory ahead of us.

We were arrested and spend a night in a cell. We preached to the prisoners and they came to Jesus Christ.

We went to the third location. It was a very different place. The war had just ended. Skeletons were lying everywhere. The church used to be a community centre but it was no longer in use. Forty people were killed there. Bones and skulls were still there.

We collected all the bones and skeletons. And we started a church there.

Sometimes we would pray and we could hear people screaming at the side.

But we saw multitudes of people coming to Jesus Christ.

In a nutshell, we were enjoying the ministry. The physical and the spiritual intermingled.

Something started to happen. Every time the twelve of us prayed, one among us would feel a vision or receive a scripture.

I was convinced that there was no way God would do signs and wonders if we were not pure to Him.

When these messages came, I would talk to the team members and tell them that someone is doing something wrong and God was rebuking all of us. This continued on for a week and a half.

One day, I came home and a sister who had fasted shared a vision to me. She said, "I was in this vision. I was walking along a narrow path and I wanted to take a rest. Suddenly, a man in shining white garment appeared and said, "Don't be tired. Keep going." Go back to where you left John and give him this letter."

There was a scripture inside the envelope.

Jeremiah 7:3-11
3 Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.4 Do not trust in these lying words, saying, ‘The temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord are these.’

5 “For if you thoroughly amend your ways and your doings, if you thoroughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbor, 6 if you do not oppress the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place, or walk after other gods to your hurt, 7 then I will cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers forever and ever.

8 “Behold, you trust in lying words that cannot profit. 9 Will you steal, murder, commit adultery, swear falsely, burn incense to Baal, and walk after other gods whom you do not know, 10 and then come and stand before Me in this house which is called by My name, and say, ‘We are delivered to do all these abominations’? 11 Has this house, which is called by My name, become a den of thieves in your eyes? Behold, I, even I, have seen it,” says the Lord.

I was so confused but this must have been a message from the Lord that He gave to me to preach.

I am a preacher. I am seeing God's power and vision. I am moving in the power of the Holy Spirit. I am born again.

I thanked the sister and put away the message, promising that I would study it the next day.

When I woke up at 4am, I would usually spend the time to worship and pray. But this time, I could not pray and worship. It was like my head was locked. I turned to the scripture but it was like the door had closed before me. For a whole hour, I had no success.

At 5am, everybody else woke up and started to worship.

And I was dry, lonely and irritated. That's how I went through the entire prayer meeting.

After breakfast, I asked the Lord, "What was wrong with me?" We were supposed to do evangelism but I was just not in the mood. I said to them, "Go and preach. I stay and pray."

I took out my bibles, notebook and concordance. I went outside to sit down. I was ready to do business with God. I began to complain. "Lord, this is not fair! I woke up early to seek Your face but I could not feel Your presence. If something is wrong, show me."

I was looking for something different but there was nothing there that was different. I was living the life that I was always living. I felt that I had the right to complain.

As I was talking and talking, I felt a wave of mist or moist coming upon me. At that very moment, I felt somebody by my side, touching my body but I did not see anybody there.

Suddenly, I felt like an arrow just hit my spirit. I received the word and I opened the bible.

Romans 1:18-21
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.

I could feel the Lord was not happy but I thought, "Who are You talking about, Lord? I do not fully understand."

Once again, a wave came and a word went like a sharp object into my heart.

Romans 1:28-32
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting;29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, 30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; 32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

At this time, a sense of conviction was heavily upon me. "The Lord was talking to you."

I looked again at the passage and yes, I saw some things that were there in my life.

"But I confess every day before I go to bed," I tried to reason. "It can't be that bad. Okay, okay. Those things appeared in my life now and then but I confess them to You. And the bible says You will forgive me."

Suddenly, a wave came upon me and again, it went straight to my heart.

Romans 2:1-7
2 Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things.2 But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things. 3 And do you think this, O man, you who judge those practicing such things, and doing the same, that you will escape the judgment of God? 4 Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance? 5 But in accordance with your hardness and your impenitent heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God, 6 who “will render to each one according to his deeds”: 7 eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality;

To me, at that moment, it was like God was shouting at me. I was so scared. I knew something was wrong but I did not know exactly what I had done wrong. I started to repent but in a general way. "Show me what I had done that I may confess and turn away from it," I said.

Suddenly, a wave came upon me.

Romans 2:17-24
17 Indeed you are called a Jew, and rest on the law, and make your boast in God, 18 and know His will, and approve the things that are excellent, being instructed out of the law, 19 and are confident that you yourself are a guide to the blind, a light to those who are in darkness,20 an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, having the form of knowledge and truth in the law. 21 You, therefore, who teach another, do you not teach yourself? You who preach that a man should not steal, do you steal? 22 You who say, “Do not commit adultery,” do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples? 23 You who make your boast in the law, do you dishonor God through breaking the law? 24 For “the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you,” as it is written.

At that time, we were preaching every day. The people were so blasphemous and so vulgar in their language against us.

We had to comfort ourselves. At least we were doing the right thing.

The Lord said that it was the root of that that His name was blasphemed.

I felt like screaming. I was scared, confused and angry. I did not understand why God was talking straight at me.

By that time, the team that went to evangelise had come back.

I called the sister who started it all.

"Since you gave me the scripture, I cannot pray to God. He is so displeased with me and so annoyed with me. Come with me to pray," I told her.

She asked me how to pray.

I said, "We repent."

And she said, "What sin have I done?"

"I do not know," I replied. "But I know God is not happy."

And I told her everything.

Her eyes grew big. She started to shake. She screamed and threw herself away and began to pray and cry out for mercy.

But she was praying for herself.

Later, she told me that when I shared with her, the conviction came upon her and it was so strong.

Because she was crying, I began to cry too. I confessed and I pleaded for mercy from the Lord.

After one hour, I said if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins. I began to ask Him for forgiveness and salvation.

But I had no peace. I said, "Lord, would You talk to me? Would You give me a word?"

I received no word.

I took my bible and I said, "Lord, I am going to open the bible and turn to a page. Whichever verse that my eyes read, that will be Your word." You see, I had preached against such a practice. But I was doing it.

My eyes went to Jeremiah 6:14.

Jeremiah 6:14-15
14 They dress the wound of my people
as though it were not serious.
‘Peace, peace,’ they say,
    when there is no peace.
15 Are they ashamed of their detestable conduct?
    No, they have no shame at all;
they do not even know how to blush.
So they will fall among the fallen;
they will be brought down when I punish them,”
says the Lord.

That was not comforting at all. I threw the bible away.

I was suffering inside of me. I cried and I cried.

Suddenly, I felt His presence upon me. When I felt it, I said, "Oh, yes, Lord! At last!"

I felt like a heavy blanket was upon me.

My tongue felt like it was swollen.

I could not move my hand.

It was like me and my body were two different people. Like I was inside my body but at the same time, I was not.

I felt a wave going through me and through my heart. I was scared. I was questioning what was going on. I could not open my eyes. I was on my knees and my eyes were fixed on the ground. I saw a person standing before me. I could only see the feet and the white garment, It was full of light. And He spoke audibly. His voice was like cold water going through me.

He called my name. He called me three times.

I could not answer.

He said, "I chose you before the foundation of the world. Before you were formed in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart to serve Me in the last days. You are to be a voice to my people."

"But if I were to come today to take my bride, I would not take you."

I was shocked. It felt like a bomb exploding inside of me. It was like the greatest disappointment to me.

Then He said, "Because you are not ready. The bible says I will appear to those who wait upon Me. You are not waiting on Me."

He continued, "How do you think you would be ready when your life is filled with dirt and rotten things?"

"No," I said. "I had never gone back to the life of immorality and fornication."

He asked, "Is your life full of immorality and immoral thoughts?"

In my thoughts, I answered, "No." I did not utter it out.

The voice stopped. There was a pause.

Then He said, "Do you call me a liar? Let me remind you. Remember when you went into this town or city and you were in a taxi…?"

I was literally back to that very moment. I was seated in a minibus. There was this beautiful girl. My thoughts began to imagine all kinds of immoral things about her. It all came back as if it was happening right there.

I was so shocked and I said, "Oh, no, Lord! I have sinned against You."

He said, "No, you have not fallen into sin. You live in sin."

And I saw many other times. One in particular was when I was in church.

He said, "You did not even feel My presence. Someone came onto the pulpit and all you could imagine was what she looked like."

I felt so dirty and rotten. And out of a sudden, I realised something that I had never realised before. I had been living my life in sin.

And He began to bring out other issues ranging from envy, jealousy, manipulation to being a hypocrite. "Repent or your sins would destroy you," He said.

And I began to ask, "What about all the miracles? So the devil used me?"

The voice stopped.

Then He said, "Why do you imagine evil thoughts? I do not do miracles because the nation needed to witness. I love the people. Miracles do not take you to heaven. Without holiness, no man shall see God."

Thank God for His grace and mercy. That was the turning point in my life.

I had said earlier that I confess those sins every day. There is a difference between confession of sins and repentance. When you confess, He will forgive you but you never stop sinning. Why? Because you will confess again come tomorrow and you are forgiven. You confess the same things over and over again from January to December. Each time you believe that you are forgiven. But it is like a tree falling its leaves. You sweep away the leaves and more leaves will come.

One day, your sins will destroy you.

So, repent and turn away from sins. Do not go that way again. Say to Him, "Lord, I will not go against You. I would rather die than go against You."

The question is: "Is He your Lord?"

Are you a priest in the order of Jesus Christ? Say to Him, "You will be my Lord and my God. I will walk in Your ways, and not my ways. I will bring myself as a living sacrifice before the Lord."

"Break me, O God. Break my heart. Forgive me for false confessions. Forgive me for false repentance. Forgive me for living a lie."

2 Chronicles 7:14
14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Rebuilding the Prayer Altar of the Lord (2)

Asia Pacific Prayer Conference
with Pr Julius Suubi and Pr Peter Tsukahira
22-06-2017

Pr Peter Tsukahira

Acts 3 recounts some miracles that occurred after visible appearance of Jesus after His resurrection (Acts 1:3), the miraculous ascension of Christ into heaven (Acts 1:9), and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the apostles (Acts 2:1-3), accompanied by “a sound like the blowing of a violent wind from heaven,” “tongues of fire,” and “speak[ing] in other tongues.”

Peter healed a man who was lame from birth at the Eastern Gate (the temple gate called Beautiful). A crowd gathered and Peter began to preach to them. He had in mind the prophecy in Malachi.

Malachi 4:5-6
5 “See, I will send the prophet Elijah to you before that great and dreadful day of the Lord comes. 6 He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents; or else I will come and strike the land with total destruction.”

John the Baptist came in the spirit and power of Elijah to herald the coming of the Messiah.

We expect another spirit and power of the spirit of Elijah before the return of the Lord.

We are now in the days of restoring all of Abraham’s children back to the Father.

God is turning the hearts of every nation back to the Father. Restore again the spirit and power of Elijah that prays the power of faith so that the fire of the Lord would be restored to turn the hearts of the nations back to the Lord.

Let me recount the story of Elijah and his confrontation with the false prophets in his day (1 Kings 18).

Elijah appeared in a time when Israel has fallen into idolatry and corruption. God’s people, the Israelites, were divided into two kingdoms at that time. King Ahab, the seventh king of the northern ten tribes of Israel, was in the line of bad kings.

[Editor’s Note: Ahab’s wife, Queen Jezebel, worshipped a false god named Baal. Ahab built a temple and altars to Baal. The Israelites followed their king, and worshipped Baal also. This was very evil in God’s sight.]

God’s judgement was on the nation because of that. God was displeased at the behavior of His nation. There had been no rain.

[Editor’s Note: God sent Elijah to tell King Ahab that there would not be any rain, and not even one drop of dew, until Elijah called for it. After many weeks, the plants began to wither and die. After many months, the drought dried up the streams and rivers. The lack of food and water caused animals to die, and soon people would also die. The drought lasted over three years, but God took care of Elijah’s needs every single day.]

No rain in the third year meant that the people would begin to die. It was a period of economic downturn and economic crisis because there was no rain for three years.

God told Elijah that “Because of My mercy and My love for my people, I will again send rain to my people.”

The heads of government were blaming the nation’s problem on the word of God.

But Elijah was unintimidated. He was not disrespectful. He was telling the truth.

Through Elijah, God told King Ahab that he had led the nation into idolatry and the people had turned away from the word of God.

It was decided that there would be a confrontation.

The king gathered the people from all over Israel to meet Elijah on Mount Carmel.

Ahab and his government represented governmental authority. The king brought along the four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal and the four hundred prophets of Asherah. There were also leaders from all over the country from the north to the south. Elijah faced all of them on the mountain.

Elijah first turned to the leaders of the people and asked them to make up their minds on who is their God. He told them that the nation belongs to them. “You are the people of God.” And the people were completely silent.

Then Elijah proposed two altars and two sacrifices and two sets of prayers. He said to them, “I am the only one of the Lord’s prophets left, but Baal has four hundred and fifty prophets. Get two bulls for us. Let Baal’s prophets choose one for themselves, and let them cut it into pieces and put it on the wood but not set fire to it. I will prepare the other bull and put it on the wood but not set fire to it. Then you call on the name of your god, and I will call on the name of the Lord. The god who answers by fire—he is God.”

The people said this was a good idea. The people of Israel then and the people of Israel now and maybe the people of Malaysia are entertainment oriented people. The winner gets to live and the loser dies. For that, they were all willing to stay.

Elijah said to the prophets of Baal, “Maybe you should go first. Choose your sacrifice. Put your word on the altar but do not light the fire.” They called on the name of Baal from morning until noon but nothing happened.

At noon, Elijah mocked them. “If your god is really a god, maybe he is just busy or he’s gone on a trip or he’s sleeping or he’s turned aside somewhere.” To turn aside somewhere means to use the toilet. Elijah insulted them.

And the prophets of Baal began to cut themselves with swords and spears and they continued their frantic prophesying until the time for the evening sacrifice.

The people began to lose interest.

This is a very good description of false religion. False religion is the worst enemy to revival. For those who desire or cry out for revival, false religion is worse than corruption in government, worse than carnality, and worse than entertainment in popular culture.

For those who serve God, false religion is the worst enemy because it is the closest enemy.

Not everyone who does something in the name of God is moving in obedience to the power of the Holy Spirit. We must minister in the fear of the Lord.

If we were to fall victim to entertainment oriented religion and we cannot tell the difference between what is truth and what is false, how can we expect the Holy Spirit to bring revival?

Pray that God gives us a spirit of discernment and a spirit of truth.

For those of us who serve, have the spirit and power of Elijah to stand for the Living God and walk in the presence of God.

Bring God a sacrifice.

Never come to the house of God with nothing in your hand. You want something from God? Bring something to God. Bring a gift to God. This proves that God is Asian. [joke]

Bring something that represents your life.

Bring something that is sweet smelling to God. Does it mean that God enjoys a good barbeque? Whatever precious things that you brought to God that day would not be going back with you. It is a precious, non-returnable gift. Be it a disease, a broken family, an injustice, or a life that had been gone.

When the smoke arises to heaven, that’s when the grace of God would meet you and wipe it off the record.

This happens at the altar.

The answer is what’s meaningful, not so much the process.

That’s why Elijah mocked the false prophets. He did it for the sake of the people who were watching. It was God’s purpose to turn the hearts of the people away from them. Elijah knew God would answer them. It wasn’t about his own ministry or the gift. It was about the hearts of the people.

Elijah turned to the people and said, “Come here to me.” It reminds of Jesus’ own words: “Come unto me.”

The people came to him and he repaired the altar of the Lord that had been torn down. He restored, repaired and healed the altar of the Living God because it had been neglected and torn down.

He took twelve stones, one for each of the tribes descended from Jacob, and said, “Your name shall be Israel.” Elijah saw all the people as one nation.

It was important to him to repair and restore the meaning of the giving of gifts to God.

At the time of sacrifice, the prophet Elijah stepped forward and prayed:

“Lord, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, let it be known today that you are God in Israel and that I am your servant and have done all these things at your command. Answer me, Lord, answer me, so these people will know that you, Lord, are God, and that you are turning their hearts back again.” (1 Kings 18:36 NIV)

“Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word. Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the Lord God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again.” (1 Kings 18:36 KJV)

His prayer was only 58 to 62 words. And this man had already given his life.

Church, revival is coming. The wave of the spirit is coming to Malaysia. Rebuild the altar. Restore meaningful sacrifice. It is the place where we meet the Lord.

After Elijah said the prayer, the fire of the Lord fell and burned up the sacrifice. The people fell and cried out, “The Lord—he is God! The Lord—he is God!”

This was a national turning.

When Elijah prayed that prayer, where did the fire fall and when? It fell right there and then. It fell on the altar to consume the sacrifice.

Elijah knew when the fire would fall and he knew where it would fall.

That’s why it is important to restore the altar.

Step up to the place and pray a prayer of faith.

Start with a personal altar. Bring God a precious gift from your life. Offer Him ourselves (time, money, family, business). Then the fire will fall. All you need is a personal flame.

If you get you family together and do the same thing, you get a family size fire.

In church, you get a church size fire.

Start a national fire for the Lord.

Jesus, the Living God, offers the spirit and power of Elijah to prepare the way for us to receive.

Amos 8:11
11 “The days are coming,” declares the Sovereign Lord, “when I will send a famine through the
land—not a famine of food or a thirst for water, but a famine of hearing the words of the Lord.

Thirst for hearing the words of God.
Pray that the Lord will cause us to be thirsty for His word.

The fire of prayers enters your spirit through your mouth. So open your mouth.

Ezekiel 37:4-6
4 Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of
the Lord! 5 This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you,
and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and
cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I
am the Lord.’”

Transformation Revival

Pr James Kawalya
18-06-2017

I have a desire and a cry in my life. I know one day it will be fulfilled.

My one desire is to be a part of the army of God.

I became a witch doctor at the age of three. At age seven, I commanded many warfares for the devil. I had 700 spirits, demons that I was commanding. I gathered witches to engage in battle.

I had a mindset of fighting--of leading an army.

In one incident, I was leading 1,200 spirits and 200 wizards. I discovered we could not penetrate the town.

I had to investigate this town and discovered a college with 12 students praying from midnight to 3am every day.

No demons could enter this town. This town was saved because a few young people were praying and building a wall around it. Christians could push darkness from this city and against attacks.

When I became a Christian, I asked God and God said, "That is My glory. That whole town is under My authority."

When we pray and build a wall to surround it, we would see a great revival in our town/city.

A whole city can be attacked because of one man. A whole city can be saved because of one man.

Many Christians are party Christians.

Where I came from, it was full time engagement. Day and night. I only sleep not more than 2 hours at night.

As a young man, during the day I'll be in school studying. During the night, I would be in battles. At 24, I had obtained 4 degrees.

Psalm 49King James Version (KJV)
49 Hear this, all ye people; give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world:
Both low and high, rich and poor, together.
My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.
I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying upon the harp.
Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about?
They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;
None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:
(For the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for ever:)
That he should still live for ever, and not see corruption.
10 For he seeth that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others.
11 Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names.
12 Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish.
13 This their way is their folly: yet their posterity approve their sayings. Selah.
14 Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling.
15 But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall receive me. Selah.
16 Be not thou afraid when one is made rich, when the glory of his house is increased;
17 For when he dieth he shall carry nothing away: his glory shall not descend after him.
18 Though while he lived he blessed his soul: and men will praise thee, when thou doest well to thyself.
19 He shall go to the generation of his fathers; they shall never see light.
20 Man that is in honour, and understandeth not, is like the beasts that perish.

Ephesians 4King James Version (KJV)
I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
(Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)
11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
20 But ye have not so learned Christ;
21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
27 Neither give place to the devil.
28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

In Uganda, we read the whole chapter.

During my battles, there used to be fighting against angels. The angels needed souls, i.e. man. If an angel is assigned to a family, the affliction affects the family. Likewise, a town. And an entire nation too.

The power of the angel depended on the prayer of the minister.

Every time a Christian reads the bible loudly, the weapons of the angel become thicker. The armour of God becomes thicker. This angel is so armoured in the Word. The Christian is so armoured in the Word.

The dress of the angel is the will of God. It echoes and echoes like a fire.

In every move of God, there is a man who moves ahead to open the heaven.

There was John the baptist before Jesus.

We need forerunners before we see a revival.

Qualities of transformation revival forerunners:

1) Consecration
-Set apart. Separated from the defilement of their society. 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 (read the whole chapter)

2 Corinthians 6King James Version (KJV)
We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.
(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed:
But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;
By pureness, by knowledge, by long suffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,
By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true;
As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;
10 As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
11 O ye Corinthians, our mouth is open unto you, our heart is enlarged.
12 Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in your own bowels.
13 Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.
14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

-Overcomers of creeping things. Leviticus 11:44-45

Leviticus 11:44-45King James Version (KJV)

44 For I am the Lord your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
45 For I am the Lord that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

When the Lord says walk in holiness, there are things that the enemies choose to cripple you.

-Renewed minds. Romans 12:2

Romans 12:2King James Version (KJV)

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Have the mind of Christ.

2) Submission
-Totally yielded to God and His purposes.
-Completely sold out.
-Consumed by the desire for the will of God.

3) Sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit, the principle agent of transformation
i) He searches. 1 Corinthians 2:10

1 Corinthians 2:10King James Version (KJV)

10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

ii) He teaches. 1 Corinthians 2:13

1 Corinthians 2:13King James Version (KJV)

13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

iii) He helps. Romans 8:26

Romans 8:26King James Version (KJV)

26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

iv) He guides. John 16:13

John 16:13King James Version (KJV)

13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

We are covered in the blood of Jesus.

Every time a miracle happens, it is a judgment towards the demons.

Every time we testify, we are speaking judgment and condemning the demons.

At the end of testimonies, the people's faith increases and miracles are already happening. The power of God comes down to perform miracles. The Lord says, "Thank you for becoming My witness."

I am not ashamed of the gospel. I am not ashamed to testify that Jesus is Lord.

The presence of the Lord is at the altar.

Let us bring back testimonies in our churches.

He is the spirit of revival and transformation.

Spirit of Revival
-Altar (priests)
-Throne (kings)
-Community (watchmen)
-Market Place (apostles)

The Altar is the source of spiritual power.

In the spirit, it is how strong an altar you are.

An altar has cycles. It keeps echoing in the spirit realm. Spiritual operations are done.

The altar controls people's minds. In spiritual battles, it is the altar against the altar, not men against men.

Two years ago, I met Dr. John Mulinde. I've longed to meet him. I asked him, "Tell me what you were doing in 1996-97. I was a witch then. We were commanded to move our operations from Uganda to Tanzania."

He said, "At that time, we were covering the entire nation in prayer."

His altar covered a 70 miles radius. Witches either got saved, converted or must die.

The power of this man was the altar.

There must be altars that speak to the thrones of men and women of influence. There is no throne without the altar.

When the throne is influenced by the altar, it releases influences to the community.

From the community rises watchmen.

From the community, we see apostles rising. Righteous men are rising to take their place in the market place.

That's when revival happens.

Strategies
1) Establish Holy priesthood
2) Reach out to kings
3) Solve social needs
4) Send out apostles in the market place
5) Unceasing prayer cover

Strategic principles of prayer altars
-Purposes and ordained functions
-Protocols
-Power
-Preservation

The Lord is calling for an army.

Jesus goes ahead of you and you follow Him. “Sit at My right hand,” He says. “The battle belongs to Me.”

When we are fighting for God, God is fighting for us.

In the kingdom of Satan, he takes the credit.

In the kingdom of God, He gives you the victory.

For Satan, you become the sacrifice.

In God's kingdom, Jesus becomes the sacrifice.

In Satan's kingdom, you fight with your blood.

In the kingdom of God, you are on your knees.

Jesus defeated the devil 2,000 years ago and He is victorious.

Victory is coming.
Healing is coming.
Freedom is coming.
Success is coming.

Bless the name of Jesus. Worship Jesus.
