The Spirit of Independence vs The Power of Faithfulness

When families are broken, society is broken.

This spirit of independence started in the Tower of Babel. Nimrod started a cult and a new religion. He started this tower to build for himself a name. They wanted to be a god to themselves.

Unfortunately, Western culture has pervaded and invaded the East.

God wants the churches to be united.

Psalm 133 New King James Version (NKJV)
Blessed Unity of the People of God
A Song of Ascents. Of David.
133 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
For brethren to dwell together in unity!

2 It is like the precious oil upon the head,
Running down on the beard,
The beard of Aaron,
Running down on the edge of his garments.
3 It is like the dew of Hermon,
Descending upon the mountains of Zion;
For there the Lord commanded the blessing—
Life forevermore.

There is great power released in your life when you understand the power of faithfulness.

A Spirit-filled Christian will not be infected by the spirit of Independence. And it robs you from being filled with the Holy Spirit.

Without faithfulness, there can be no life.

Without faithfulness, relationships is the first to go.

Good, healthy relationships is becoming rarer and rarer today.

Relationships are high commodity now.

We have to be faithful and true to the things of God.

If you have faith in your heart, you will put that faith in action to God, in your family and in your church.

We discard relationships that had been built over the years.

We don't choose where we are birthed in.

God choose it for us. He placed us here.

But we have that disposable mentality and we have to repent of that if we are true sons and daughters of the house to be spiritual fathers and mothers.

When there is faithfulness and commitment, God commands a blessing upon your life.

If you remain faithful with what God has put on your lap, you will abound and overflow with blessings.

It will change the decisions of your life.

Don't think you can get away with unfaithfulness.

If you sow unfaithfulness, you will reap unfaithfulness.

Remain faithful, first to the Lord, and to the household and the church.

Hebrews 12:2 New King James Version (NKJV)
2 looking unto Jesus, the [a]author and [b]finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Luke 22:42 New King James Version (NKJV)
42 saying, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.”

The will of God will test your faithfulness to the house of God.

You are a son who serves. You can be a servant but with a sonship mentality.

Ultimately you will be measured by your faithfulness to God.

Faithfulness brings great joy to your heart.

But you have to endure and pass the test.
